1.Online discount
(Home) When you quote and buy a new home insurance policy online a discount of up to 10% is applied to your first years premium including the following optional covers (if selected); Accidental damage, Flood, Motor Burnout and Portable Contents. This discount is not applied on renewal.
(Landlord) When you quote and buy a new Landlord insurance policy online a premium discount of up to 10% is applied to your first years premium including the optional covers (If selected) Flood & Rent Default and Theft by Tenant. This discount is not applied on renewal.
2.Minimum premiums
If you are eligible for more than one discount, Allianz applies them in a predetermined order. This means any subsequent discount will be applied to the reduced premium amount after applying any prior discounts and the effect of the subsequent discount will be reduced. For example, the aggregate effect of applying two 10% discounts consecutively means that you will not see the full benefit of both these discounts. 3. Minimum premiums may apply. Any discounts / entitlements may be subject to rounding and only apply to the extent any minimum premium is not reached. If you are eligible for more than one, we also apply each of them in a predetermined order to the premium (excluding taxes and government charges) as reduced by any prior applied discounts / entitlements. Discounts may not be applied to the premium for optional covers.
4.The online discount applies when you quote and buy a new Comprehensive Motor Insurance policy online only. Any online discounts offered are applied to Allianz's standard rates, excluding optional covers, and are for the first year’s premium only, unless otherwise stated. Promotional or other discounts may apply from time to time for customers who apply for insurance via other methods.

It's easy to get started.
Create a PayID by using your mobile phone number or e-mail address through the GMCU App or via Internet Banking. Once created, you will be able to receive payments addressed to your PayID.
To make a payment to someone else with a PayID, you can simply choose to send money to a PayID instead of using an account number and BSB.
Changing or updating your PayID.
PayIDs can only be registered to one account at a time. You can transfer, update or cancel your PayID through Internet Banking or the GMCU app.
If you have registered a PayID elsewhere and wish to use it with your GMCU account, you will need to close it through the institution it is currently registered through.

PayTo is an easy, digital way to pay directly from your bank account.
What is PayTo?
PayTo is a fast and secure payment option that gives you control over the payments of bills, subscriptions, and online shopping - all managed from the security of your GMCU Internet Banking.
As an alternative to direct debits or card payments, PayTo gives you more visibility and control over the management of payment arrangements, with the ability to pause, change or cancel authorities quickly and easily.
How does PayTo work?
A participating merchant or payee will send you an authorisation request for a new bill, subscription, or purchase, using the account details or PayID that you provide them. This agreement will set out the payment terms including the amount, frequency and scheduling of the proposed payments, which you can then authorise or decline.
You can view and manage all your PayTo agreements that are linked to your bank account together in one secure place, within your GMCU internet banking. You will be able to see exactly when payments are due to make sure you have sufficient funds for payments. You can also move the PayTo agreement between your eligible accounts.

Target Market Determinations
A Target Market Determination or TMD is an informative document that defines a product and provides clarity around how the product is offered, who can offer it, and who it is most suitable for in terms of needs and financial position.
TMDs are made available in order for us to ensure complete transparency in how we distribute and develop our products, and to be sure we do so in the best interest of our members and customers. They are a requirement under the Treasury Laws Amendment (Design and Distribution Obligations and Product Intervention Powers) Act 2019.
