Internet Banking - Java script errors.

The new Internet Banking page is located on a different server so the page may not load properly from your FAVOURITES.
Rather than enter via your Favourites, type www.gmcu.com.au in the address bar of your browser and press enter.
When the GMCU website loads, select the Login button from the left side of the page.
You will also need to update your Favourites.

If you receive a Java Script error message when clicking on the 'Login' button from the GMCU website, with the description: 'null' is null or not an object, the problem is due to your browsers pop-up blocker.

There are 3 options you can take to fix this:

Click on 'Tools' on your browsers menu, then choose 'Pop-up Blocker' and then choose 'Pop-up Blocker settings'. From the settings dialog box add both is2.cuviewpoint.net & *.gmcu.com.au to the list of allowed sites (this is the recommended option).
Click on 'Tools' on your browsers menu, then choose 'Pop-up Blocker' and then turn it off (this option is not recommended but will determine whether the problem is due to the pop-up blocker).

Click on 'Tools' on your browsers menu, then choose 'Pop-up Blocker' and then choose 'Pop-up Blocker settings'. From the settings dialog box select 'Medium' in the filter level selection box.
